The staging and the venue were great. My first Gryffin show, but a long-time fan - and it was a great show. The set list had a mix of old and new, which added to the whole spectacle. The band really knows how to pump up the audience's energy to contribute to the atmosphere; they've been successful for a long time, of course.
About getting into the venue - warnings were sent out about traffic being a problem, and it was. We missed the opening act due to taking over 1 1/2 hours to travel the last 1.5 miles into the venue. Parking was $30, and they accepted both cash and credit card payments. I wonder if credit card payments for many cars were slowing down the process. Perhaps consider prepaid parking and a special entry lane for prepaid customers?
My wingman had seen them last year in ATL at a stadium, where he was very high up and the band looked very small. Our seats here were nearly floor level. Even the 2nd level seats likely had a great view. The staging, with speakers suspended above the stage, allowed 360-degree viewing, ensuring no one had an obstructed view.
